Digital Advertising Admin

Job Description:

  • Monitor the progress of various digital advertising campaigns designed to promote a company’s brand, product, and/or service. This will be done on Facebook Ads Manager so you will have to be familiar with the platform and how to read and understand its metrics. 
  • Provide daily ad reports detailing any changes in their progress, and if there were any changes you made to the campaign. 
  • Monitor and maximize campaign budgets. 
  • Content planning and copywriting for clients. 
  • Write up monthly financial reports for invoices and sales. 
  • Marketplace handling.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, branding, or related fields. 
  • Alternatively, you should have at least two years of experience operating social media promotion tools, and/or work in a digital marketing or advertising position. 
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics. 
  • Holds experience working at a creative/social media/customer service/marketing agency. Minimum two years, non-internship positions. 
  • Solid understanding of content planning, and an even more creative approach to its execution. 
  • English and Indonesian language proficiency. 
  • Interested in learning digital marketing and branding.
  • Willing to relocate to, or at least travel to work as we are located in Citra Garden 2, West Jakarta


This job cannot be done remotely and will require you to work at the office from Mondays to Saturdays. It cannot be done on an internship or part-time basis either as we are looking for applicants who will be willing to work under a contract for at least a year.
